1. Overview

At BellePoshak, we are committed to delivering high-quality, curated ethnic fashion with integrity and attention to detail. Each item is carefully packed, checked, and shipped with the intent to meet or exceed customer expectations. However, as a boutique fashion brand, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect our artisans, suppliers, and brand values from misuse, fraud, and unsustainable return practices.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to this policy in full.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under specific conditions outlined below. Returns must comply fully with these terms:

You may be eligible for a return ONLY IF:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • You raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You provide video evidence of unboxing showing the original packaging and the issue clearly.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Color differences due to lighting, screen resolution, or digital representation.

  • Minor fabric issues like thread pulls, loose embellishments, or slight imperfections that do not affect product usability.

  • Size issues if the correct size was sent as per your order.

  • Stitching, fall-pico, or custom tailoring (if applicable).

  • Customer remorse, such as “change of mind”, “don't like it anymore”, or “no longer needed”.

  • Items bought on clearance or sale (marked FINAL SALE).


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, follow this strict 3-step protocol:

  1. Send an email to support@belleposhak.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Full name and order ID

    • Unboxing video (must clearly show damage/issue)

    • Photos of the product (close-up and full shots)

  3. Wait for our customer service team to respond within 48 hours.

Return approval is at the sole discretion of BellePoshak after reviewing evidence.


4. Return Approval Process

Once we review your request:

  • If approved, we will share return instructions via email.

  • You must ship the product to our India return center within 3 business days of approval using a reliable courier.

  • Customer bears the cost of return shipping (unless we ship a wrong/defective product).

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Always retain proof of return shipment.

Failure to follow any instruction or delay in return will result in rejection of return.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed ONLY IF:

  • Your return request is approved and we receive the returned product in perfect condition.

  • Refund is NOT guaranteed just by initiating a request.

Refund Options:

  • Store Credit/Gift Card: Issued instantly after return approval. Can be used on any future order.

  • Bank Refund: Only for prepaid orders via card, Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe. Processed within 7–10 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded only as store credit.

Note: Refunds exclude shipping charges, customs duties, and payment gateway fees.


6. Partial Refunds or Adjustments

In certain scenarios, partial refunds may be issued:

  • Missing items (part of a multi-item order)

  • Incorrect product, but customer chooses to keep it

  • Minor damage reported and approved for adjustment This is entirely at our discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.


7. Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 5 hours of placement.

  • No cancellation is possible after that time, as processing begins immediately.

  • To cancel, email us at support@belleposhak.com with your order ID.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


8. Damaged or Lost During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged due to transit, you must:

  • Share unboxing video proof immediately upon delivery.

  • File a return request within 24 hours. We will file a claim with the courier. Resolution may take up to 14 days depending on their investigation. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after courier confirmation.


9. International Returns

We do not accept returns from outside India unless:

  • There is strong proof of damage/wrong product.

  • You agree to bear return courier and customs costs.

We reserve the right to refuse international returns due to high logistics costs unless clearly justified.


10. Final Authority and Brand Protection

BellePoshak reserves the full and final authority to:

  • Approve or reject any return or refund request

  • Determine whether a return qualifies for full, partial, or no refund

  • Modify this policy without prior notice if needed to protect the brand

Frequent return requests, abusive behavior, or fraudulent claims may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Refusal of service

  • Reporting to payment gateways or legal authorities
